The standard for our coaching sessions.
1. Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness to all clients and the private facility, we require 24 hours' notice for any lesson cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to the full session fee.
2. Health & Safety
Parents or adult swimmers must disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies prior to the first lesson. SwiftSwim reserves the right to postpone a session if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.
3. Payment
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed booking schedule. Prices quoted (e.g., From £50) cover the coach's time, technical feedback, and private facility entry.
4. Photography
To protect the privacy of all facility users, photography or filming is strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed upon for technical analysis purposes.
